Pilates Classes

A Group Class for all fitness levels

Our classes are 50min long

🏋️‍♀️Strength Pilates class or Cross Pilates.

This is a class that was born from the mix of free/body weight training and Pilates exercises.

It was designed around an 8 stations circuit class plan. Due to Covid you stay on your station with your props and Reformer for the whole class.

Our goal is to facilitate better joint stability/mobility therefore preventing injuries that can happen as consequence of overuse.

In order to achieve this goal we will be using , among others, Kettlebells 🏋️‍♂️sliding discs⚫️, elastic bands and Pilates Reformer equipment. 


We offer level 1 and Level 2 Cross Pilates class.
